Spare parts costs:

  • Replacement magnetic drive variable speed pump – 400 EUR
  • Pump cleaning and testing – 40 EUR

In case of atypical noises at the recirculation pump, please turn off the white (Pump) button and unplug the pump to check it. If the noise is due to debris accumulated inside the pump (dirt, hair etc.) you can clean it, reinstall it and turned the system on again. If the noise is due to a broken propeller or damaged engine and you do not have a rotor or replacement pump, try to keep the water temperature above 30 degrees and the density of the solution between 1250 and 1260 grams until the problem is remedied, to avoid salt crystallization in the tub. You can do this by several methods: top up with hot water as needed, raising the thermostat from the tub heater by 2-3 degrees, raising the environment temperature to 27-28 degrees, mixing the solution every few hours with a pool skimmer etc.

For details on replacing the pump or repairing it, please watch the video below:

Spare parts costs:

  • UV lamp 55W – 30 EUR
  • UV power supply – 100 EUR
  • Complete 55W UV sterilizer – 200 EUR

If you find that the UV sterilizer is no longer working and the purple light no longer appears through its covers when the pump is turned on, you can try resetting the system by turning off the white button, followed by turning off the main fuses. After a few seconds, restart the fuses, then turn on the white button again. The pump should also start with the UV lamp. If it does not work, the UV lamp may be blown or the sterilizer power supply may be defective. Please unplug the UV sterilizer and replace its lamp. If the light remains off even with the new lamp, it means that its power supply is defective and a new supply or UV sterilizer will have to be ordered. Until the UV sterilizer is repaired, you can use the float cabin for a few days without it, making sure that you perform additional or more frequent ozonations to partially compensate for the lack of UV.

For details on replacing the UV sterilizer and changing its lamp, please watch the video below:

Spare parts cost:

  • Secondary heater 1500W – 200 EUR

If you find a fault in the heating system, check that 30 minutes after both pump and heater buttons restart, the water temperature starts to rise by at least 1 or 2 decimal places. If you have started the pump with the white button, and it works without problems and ensures a sufficient flow of water, the heater should also start when the black button is turned on. In the first phase, try changing the filters or even testing the system with a filter cartridge removed, to verify that the water flow is sufficient. The heater has a protection system that does not allow it to be started if the flow is insufficient. Also check that the rotary thermostat on the heater body is set to 40 degrees, not accidentally touched and set to minimum. If after these tests you find that the heater still does not start, it will probably have to be changed.

For details on replacing the 2000W secondary heater, please watch the video below:

Spare parts costs:

  • Air pump – 30 EUR
  • Case with ventilator – 50 EUR
  • Repairing and testing – 50 EUR
  • Power supply and ozone tube – 100 EUR
  • Complete ozone generator – 200 EUR

In case of finding a defect in the Ozone system, try in the first phase to identify the source of the defect. If the ozone bubbles no longer reach the tub, disconnect the Ozone generator from the hose and try to blow into the hose or rinse it with warm water. If the hose from the tub is clean and the air passes easily through it, check the quick coupling or the reduction from the thin hose to the thick one so that no air escapes or is detached, and if necessary try sealing it with sanitary/aquarium silicone. If the hose and the coupling are ok, but the generator no longer pushes air with enough pressure, the air pump may have failed and it will need to be replaced.

If the air bubbles reach the pool, but you find that the sanitation is not done properly (the water turns yellow) and the air leaving the Ozone Generator no longer has the specific smell of ozone at a sufficient concentration, it is possible that the power supply or the ozone tube has malfunctioned and needs to be replaced. If you notice the Ozone Generator is hot, it is possible that the fan that ensures the cooling of the components has failed, possibly even the source or the air pump may be affected, in which case they will have to be replaced and tested.

For details on testing, repairing or replacing the Ozone Generator, please watch the video below:

Spare parts cost:

  • Automation timer – 10 EUR
  • Simple automation relay – 10 EUR
  • Simple automation thermostat – 20 EUR
  • Sonoff automation WiFi relay – 30 EUR
  • Classic water temperature thermostat – 40 EUR

In case of a fault in the heating system or in one of the thermostats that automatically ensures the maintenance of the correct temperature for the tub heater, the ceiling heater or for the water inside the tub, they will be replaced. There are cases in which the system continues to operate in parameters, even if the thermostat no longer displays anything on the screen. You can try resetting it by turning off the fuses and restarting them after a few seconds. If the thermostat still displays only partially the numbers on the screen, even if the system seems to be working properly and the control relay may still be active, we recommend replacing the thermostat for more safety.

For details on setting the control panel or replacing relays, please watch the video below:

Spare parts cost:

  • MP3 player – 60 EUR
  • Underwater speaker – 40 EUR
  • Simple speaker – 20 EUR

In case of a prolonged power failure, the audio system settings will be reset and you will need to check its operation. If the settings of the MP3 player are made correctly and you still have problems with the audio system, you can also watch the diagnostic material of the remote controls or speakers installed inside the floating enclosure in the next section.

For details on setting up or replacing the audio system, please watch the video below:

Spare parts cost:

  • Remote control 4 buttons – 10 EUR
  • Remote control relay – 20 EUR
  • 12v power supply – 20 EUR
  • LED light strip – 20 EUR
  • LED underwater spotlight – 30 EUR
  • LED ceiling light source – 60 EUR
  • Wireless digital intercom – 100 EUR

In case of a fault with the remote control for the lights, music or the fan of the floating enclosure, they will be cleaned, tested with new batteries and, if necessary, will be replaced. The new remote control will have to be programmed to the corresponding relay in the control panel. If the remote control appears ok, but the system still does not work properly, you can test the 12V power supply or the relay controller, and in case of their failure, they can be replaced if necessary.

If the remote control and the relays are OK, but one of the lights or the music does not work, the defective components can be tested and replaced if necessary, after their diagnosis. The same applies if the intercom refuses to respond to orders.

For details on testing or setting the remote controls, lights or intercom, please watch the video below:

Consumable costs:

  • Simple cotton filters 2 pcs – 10 EUR
  • Epsom salt 25kg bag – 50 EUR
  • Salts transport by car – max. 100 kg – 30 EUR / 100KM
  • Salts transport by van – over 100 kg – 40 EUR / 100KM

Density measurement and filter check is recommended to be performed weekly. Filters need to be replaced each 2-3 weeks. Filling with 1-2 cm of water is done weekly, depending on evaporation. Filling with salts is done with about 1 bag every 1-3 months, depending on the flow of customers and the amount of salts that are lost when they go out in the shower. For density, use a densimeter or a 1000ml graduated cylinder and a kitchen scale with an accuracy of 1 gram.

We recommend the filter cartridges to be the model with woven material, made of cotton, with fineness between 5 and 50 microns. Fabric models have a larger filter surface and require less pump power, compared to those made of polypropylene, which are more compact. The 25 micron model is normally recommended, if you want a finer filtration you can use in the short term the variants of 5 microns or even 1 micron.

To measure the density and change the filters, please see the video below:

To replace a filter body in case it cracks, please see the video below:
